My Problems Need Your Help

Hay, I am the owner of this laptop. I want to share something to you about my laptop. I hope you want to hear this. Okay, recently I have a problem about my laptop, actually about its PC setting. I couldn’t open my PC setting since two three days ago.

I have deleted almost all application that I ever install in my user. Actually, I don’t know what happen with my laptop, but this problem appear when I activate the wifi connection in my PC setting. At that time I can open my PC setting normally and my laptop work as well as the other normal laptop. But after I download something in the internet, I found something wrong in my laptop few minutes later. My laptop couldn’t open normally, when I shutting down my laptop and turning on it again, it took a longer time to turn on, not like usual. The smadav antivirus was opened but not responding. When I open smadav, it could open but took a very long time. After it open, it detected the viruses, around 24 until 26 viruses when I open the smadav.Then, when I already cleaned up the viruses with smadav, the computer windows said that the computer has viruses and it restarts my laptop. After the restarts, the same thing happened. I’ve got extremely confused at that time. So, again I deleted my application in my laptop, and gotcha. The viruses didn’t come again.

Oh yea, back to my PC setting, although half of my laptop problems have solved, but not all. Now, I cannot turn on my laptop with only press one button, I must pres it again to force shut down and then turn it on again to make it run normally. My PC setting still cannot open yet. So I cannot change my computer setting like change the display of the metro start in my PC or the other configuration. Furthermore, I felt harder to change anything in my laptop.

Do you have any suggestion for me, especially for my PC program? Do you think there is a big problem that I have made before? If you think so, could you help me to solve my problem? If yes, thank you very much and if no, also thank you very much. God Bless You for those that have read it.
